Rental includes use of kitchen and cleanup.

Exceptions:

• Renters must adhere to our beer/wine licensing requirements.
• Renters remove all personal items when event is finished.
• Kitchen counters must be wiped clean and all dishes cleaned and returned to their designated places.
• Hall must be cleared of decorations and personal items by midnight on date of event.
